They had an artificial heart valve placed in 2020, and they report taking taking Warfarin, Metformin and a multivitamin daily. Upon completing the risk assessments and periodontal charting, you note that they are at high risk for caries and periodontal disease and have generalized 3-6mm and localized 7 and 8mm probe depths with generalized recession.
