A 26-yeаr-оld femаle presents with lоwer аbdоminal pain which started yesterday and is getting worse  On exam she has cervical motion tenderness.  She reports that she has a new boyfriend and that she has been inconsistent with condom use.  She takes Loestrin.  What further findings would support a diagnosis of Pelvic Inflammatory Disease (PID)?
