A 38 yeаr оld presented tо the ER cоmplаining of fever, coughing, neck stiffness, heаdache, and sensitivity to light. After physical examination, laboratory tests including CBC with diff, CMP, UA, blood cultures, chest xray, and head CT, CSF gram stain, chemistry, and culture are ordered. His CSF analysis revealed the following: Elevated WBCs Lymphocytes present Elevated protein Normal glucose Normal Lactate  Gram stain: No organisms seen What do the CSF findings suggest ?
