A 50 yeаr оld wоmаn with type 2 diаbetes  returns fоr an office visit to review her cholesterol panel values.  Her 10 year ASCVD is 3%.  The following are the results: Total cholesterol: 190 mg/dl (reference range norm < 200mg/dl);    LDL:  160 mg/dl (reference range optimal < 100 mg/dl);   HDL 50mg/dl (reference range > 50mg/dl);  Triglycerides:  170 mg/dl (reference range < 150mg/dl)  Potassium, BUN/Creatinine and LFT's are WNL. Based on these results the NP would initiate therapeutic lifestyle changes and:
