An 9 yeаr оld FS Lаbrаdоr retriever presents fоr a 2 month history of panting, weight loss, intermittent exercise intolerance and weakness, and PU/PD. Abdominal ultrasound shows a normal right adrenal gland and an enlarged left adrenal gland with a 5 cm mass in the cranial pole. The patient's blood pressure was normal at your exam, but when the dog was evaluated by your colleague 1 week prior (for the same complaints) it was hypertensive. Additionally, fundic exam shows tortuous retinal vessels and mild hemorrhage bilaterally. Results of both a low dose dexamethasone suppression test and an ACTH stim are normal. What is your presumptive diagnosis?
