(just: Assault, Riot, Arson, etc).    Steve drank five beers bemoaning his lack of money. Then he decided he needed to solve his own problems, and he grabbed his firearm and ski mask and drove to the bank, doing his best to stay between the lines while driving. When he got to the bank, he pointed the gun at the teller and said, “Give me all the cash or I’ll blow your brains out. Don’t test me, I’m desperate.” Steve got a bunch of cash and ran back to his car. Law enforcement attempted to pull him over using lights and sirens, but Steve kept driving for a few miles, going fast to try to lose the officers. While driving, he threw the ski mask, gun, and the money out the window so that he wouldn’t be caught with the evidence of his crimes. When he was finally apprehended, law enforcement interviewed him, and he identified himself as “Sean Brian.”  Later at his trial under oath, he took the stand and said that he had never been drinking, didn’t commit a robbery, and wasn’t even there.
