However, this has been a disaster.  Employees are paying more attention to their pets than working, pets are fighting, some dogs are chewing up desks and electronics, and morale and productivity are diminished. We need to figure out how to modify this policy as employees have threatened to work remotely if they aren’t able to bring in their pets anymore.
