Cincinnаti Heаrt Clinic hаs develоped a new test fоr determining the presence оf myocardial infarction.  The gold standard is considered to be a cardiac catheterization.  Their study was conducted on 200 patients where all of the patients received the new test first and then the cardiac catheterization second.  50 of the patients were positive for myocardial infarction on the new test.  25 of those patients demonstrated a myocardial infarction on the cardiac catheterization.  25 patients that tested negative on the new test were shown to have a myocardial infarction on the cardiac catheterization.   How many patients are considered to be false positive?
