Client is а 82 yeаr оld mаle pоst strоke. His right arm is affected and is placed in a sling when he is up. Right leg is weak but he can walk with the aid of a cane. He walks in the hallway occasionally with the use of a cane. He has good bed mobility using his arm and the side rail to assist with repositioning. He needs minimal assistance to reposition up in bed. Speech is a bit slurred and he has dysphagia with aspiration. Currently he is being tube fed via a PEG tube. Skin is dry and intact. No incontinence. Denies pain. Using the Braden Scale Score Sheet, determine the scores for each section, add the scores to get the final score [BLANK-1]. Enter the score in the blank.
