Cоlоnоscopy: 2cm obstructing circumferentiаl mаss in the trаnsverse colon. Biopsy revealed adenocarcinoma, G3. CTAP colon wall thickening c/w known colon malignancy. Two pericolic lymph nodes suspicious for mets. Hemicolectomy performed revealing adenocarcinoma of transverse colon, G3, invading pericolorectal tissue, 5/12 pericolorectal nodes, no tumor deposits, margins clear. What is the pathological stage group?
