Temperature: 38.4° C (101.1° F)   Blood pressure: 130/72 mm Hg  Pulse rate: 102/min  Respiratory rate: 20/min  Oxygen saturation: 98% Hydrocodone and acetaminophen (5 mg/500 325 mg) take 1 to -2 tablets PO every 4 hr PRN moderate to severe pain Ibuprofen 600 mg PO every 4 to 6 hr PRN cramping and mild pain Based on the Potential Condition as Perineal Hematoma: What TWO actions to take?
