Assume that due to your enthusiasm and active participation during last week's class, Mr. Anthony Cammarata, OFR's General Counsel (GC), wishes to interview you for a full-time position because the OFR is investigating many consumer compliance complaints at a recently merged Florida bank that has existed for less than four (4) years. Messrs. Anthony Camarata, GC, and Gerald Perez, Assistant General Counsel; Charis Pineda, Legal Clerk; and other federal officials, including certain CFPB personnel, are coordinating the examination. They are considering hiring you to help them with this extensive investigation, which may result in state and federal indictments. During the follow-up interview with you, these OFR officials want to ascertain that you have the basic required knowledge to participate in this investigation, since they have no time to train you.
