Questions

Here yоu аre given а series оf phrаses and sentences in Language X. Language X is a real language whоse words have been replaced by English words. (The words America and Canada mean the same thing in both Language X and English.)  Your task is to understand the word order of Language X well enough that you can generalize it to new examples.  Language X  English  Dog cap tree  One student  Pop key dog cap tree  I see one student  Gray America  From America  Blue red Canada  Live in Canada  Pop key dog cap gray America yak tree  I see one student who comes from America  Cat key book cap gray America yak tree  You see three students who come from America  Sheep key book cap blue red Canada yak loaf  She sees three teachers who live in Canada  Now please translate into Language X, and explain how you figure out your answers:  You see three teachers. You see three teachers from Canada.  She sees one student who lives in America.  (Totally optional: Do you know what real language Language X is based on?)
