Do NOT click on Submit Quiz until AFTER you have performed the above step. End the quiz by clicking the Submit Quiz button. Then, scan in correct order the signed statement on the cover page and each page of your Solution Sheet into a single PDF file and upload the single file into the appropriate submission box for that test in the Assignment Module in MyCourses, making sure to follow file naming requirements. The submission box closes at 1:05PM on the same day as the test.
