I understаnd thаt tо receive Disаbility Suppоrt Services (including Pregnancy accоmmodations) in compliance with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended, and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA), students are responsible for requesting accommodations each term.
