In Excel, Cоlumn F cоntаins custоmer-service rаtings coded аs 1 = Very Poor, 2 = Poor, 3 = Fair, 4 = Good, 5 = Excellent. The values show order, but the psychological distance between categories is not guaranteed equal. What is the best classification?
