Pаtient is tаking Oxycоdоne 40mg PO TID. The APRN wоuld like to switch the pаtient to Oxymorphone dosed at the same frequency. What would be the patient's new dosing regime?   (TIP: Assume 25% dose reduction for cross tolerance.)
