"Videо Review оf Test аnd Wоrkspаce Procedure" Identificаtion must be recorded for every test/exam. The Workspace Setup as shown in the Canvas Announcement videos and the Workspace setup quiz must be shown for the duration of the tests/exams. The instructor will review all videos after the exam has been completed. If, after reviewing the video, irregularities are identified, you may need to meet with the instructor before a score is officially posted. During this meeting, the video will be reviewed, and if necessary or approved, you will then retake the exam at that time. Suppose there is definitive proof of testing violations, such as but not limited to someone giving answers, using AI, using a virtual machine, or a resource not allowed, such as a book, notes, or any type of study aide. In that case, you will receive a zero and will be reported to the school for an honor code violation.
