Scenаriо: Michelle cаrefully plаns tо kill her business partner after discоvering they were embezzling money. Michelle buys a gun, waits for the partner to be alone in their office, and then carries out the killing. As Michelle is leaving the office building, she runs into a security guard who exclaims, "I saw what you did on the security camera!" Caught by surprise, and afraid of the security guard telling the police, Michelle quickly kills the security guard and leaves the building. As Michelle is driving away, she begins texting on her phone and fails to notice a red light. She runs the light and hits a pedestrian who was legally crossing the street, resulting in the pedestrian’s death. Short answer: In 1-2 paragraphs, identify the most appropriate legal classifications for each homicide. Make sure to include definitions to help justify your answers. (In other words, it is not enough to just state the name of the classification - you must explain your reasoning!)
