The аthlete cоmes tо а follow-up аppointment the next day.  He feels better than that of yesterday.  The objective exam shows a 15% restriction of lumbar AROM in forward bending and right bending, both of which cause increased right low back and lower extremity pain.  Passive SLR is 60° on the right, limited by right lower extremity pain, and 80° on the left, limited by hamstring tightness.  Palpation reveals trigger point tenderness to the right lower paraspinal muscle.  You decide to apply LASAER to the right lower paraspinal muscle.  Please provide contraindications, precautions, and parameters.
