Researchers place flyers around campus to recruit regular coffee drinkers at Penn State University. Regular coffee drinkers are then randomly assigned to 1 of the following caffeine consumption conditions: consuming 1-2 cups coffee/day, consuming 3-4 cups coffee/day, or consuming more than 4 cups coffee/day. All participants must consume the prescribed amount of coffee daily for one month.
