You will need to disconnect any additional monitors (you can only use one monitor). You can only use your desktop or laptop computer; no secondary devices can be used while taking the exams/final. Use a webcam (on your computer or separate). CHROME is the only browser that can be used. You will use your mobile device (phone) to take a Workspace Scan Photo. If you do not have a phone, you will have to do the Room Scan using the webcam. Show your desk area to prove that you only have allowed paper to show your work for the exam. Show any page of paper that you are using to show your work during the test. Show your scientific calculator (graphing calculators are not allowed) Show your phone and placing it away from your work area. No notes (crib/cheat sheet) will be allowed. No AI devices may be used during the exam, for example, you can't say "Alexa, what is...?" A transcript is created of everything you say during your testing session. Usage of AI devices will result in loss of points, or even a zero for the exam. No other person(s) can be in the room. No other devices can be used (phones, computers, tablets). Noises during the exam will be recorded. No additional browsers should be open (unless okayed by the instructor) During the exam, the webcam must be positioned to see from the top of your head to your workspace surface.
