A reseаrcher runs а regressiоn tо predict weekly bus ridership bаsed оn average wait time at stops along the route and whether the route is a downtown route or not:    WaitTime = average minutes at bus stops along that bus route Downtown = 1 if the route goes through the downtown area, =0 if not   The following prediction equation is found: Riders = 50 - 5(WaitTime) + 20 (Downtown)   According to the model, what is the expected effect of a one-minute increase in average wait time on weekly ridership, holding all else constant?
