Attоrney regulаrly represents RоbоCoаch, Inc., а manufacturer of sports training devices. One morning the president of RoboCoach calls Attorney and says: Did you see the viral video of the kid who broke his hand trying to catch a football thrown by a machine? That happened here in town. His football coach, who posted the video from the boy’s hospital bedside, said the machine was purchased a little over a year ago, during the summer, for the coming football season. We've destroyed all the quality control records from that period as part of our normal document destruction system that you helped us set up a few years ago, which destroys all physical and electronic records at the one-year mark unless they are specifically marked as "preserve" for business or litigation reason." Is this a problem? Under the Model Rules, if a lawsuit is filed, will inability to produce those records be an ethics violation?

I will not take pictures of any test questions during the exam or following the exam while reviewing the results. I will not use exam questions to create online study guides in places like Quizlet. I will report any knowledge or observation of others breaking one of the rules above. I am aware that any violation of the above academic honesty bullet points may lead to failure of the exam or dismissal from the PTA program.
