I understаnd thаt the writing аssignment is a cоmpare/cоntrast writing assignment. I will chоose a song from the last 5 years and compare/contrast it to my professor's song choice, which is in the syllabus. I know I must use the link to my professor's chosen performance, and should the link be broken, I will need to contact him. I also know that if ANY links to YouTube are broken, taken down, etc., all I have to do is type the name of the piece of music (composer, performers if necessary) into the YouTube search bar and I will get many alternate performances. I agree that by taking this syllabus test and going through the Orientation Module, I understand the syllabus and will abide by the course requirements. If there is something I need clarification on, I will contact the Professor by email within the first week for clarification. I also know that although all extra credit points earned will show up in their designated columns in the Canvas gradebook, they will NOT be averaged into my grade until the end of the term.
