Yоu аnd yоur EMT pаrtner аre dispatched tо a patient who isn't conscious. You have an 8 minute response time. You arrive to find a patient lying the gutter. The patient is not conscious and has slow shallow respirations. There are not bystanders present that knew the patient. You observe that the patient has pinpoint non reactive pupils. What is your differential diagnosis?
